Our Will Value Packages provide comprehensive protection if you lose decision-making capacity and when you die.
A common misconception is that a Will = estate plan. A Will only covers certain parts of your estate on your death. It does not provide any protection during your lifetime if you lose decision-making capacity.
The estate plan documents in our Will Value Packages protect you + your loved ones during your lifetime AND after death.
Each Will
Value Package includes:

What’s the docs
Let’s break it down
Will: gifts your property after death and nominates people you know + trust to certain power positions [check out Why do I need a Will?]
Letter of Wishes: adds your thoughts, stories, and feelings to your estate plan. The things that aren’t so legal-ish, yet crucial to ensure your loved ones thrive [check out Why do I need a Letter of Wishes?]
Enduring Power of Attorney: appoints people you know + trust to be your decision makers if you’re unable to make decisions for yourself (eg. due to accident, injury, medication) [check out Why do I need an Enduring Power of Attorney?]
Advance Health Directive: records the medical treatment you do and don’t want, and informs your health professionals about your health conditions and any spiritual or cultural beliefs that are important for your care and treatment [check out Why do I need an Advance Health Directive?]
